Provides evidence-based psychiatric care and medication management to adults, young adults, and children. Supports patients in crisis, exercises clinical judgment, completes timely documentation, and collaborates with an integrated mental health team. The role requires an active Colorado PMHNP license, Colorado DEA license, NPI number, and direct clinical care experience. Manages day-to-day operations for mental health practices, including patient access, scheduling, provider productivity, financial performance, front desk operations, collections, compliance, and quality improvement. Supervises, hires, coaches, and develops non-clinical care team members while partnering with clinical leaders to improve patient experience, retention, conversion, and operational outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day accounting, procurement, expense management, reconciliations, payroll accounting, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Prepare financial statements and support P&L, Board reporting, tax filings, audits, budgeting, and compliance. Partner with finance, operations, clinical, practice, vendor, and outsourced teams to improve processes and support organizational growth.
