Provide administrative and project support to senior leaders across multi-site biologics development teams. Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expense reports, onboarding/offboarding, SharePoint and OneNote documentation, town halls, communications, and Microsoft-based survey and documentation tools while maintaining confidentiality and cross-site coordination.

Perform onsite GMP-regulated upstream or downstream bioprocess manufacturing: weigh raw materials, assemble/sterilize and operate equipment (bioreactors, chromatography, membrane systems), monitor processes, complete electronic work instructions and manufacturing documentation, and maintain a compliant cleanroom. Work rotating schedule including weekends and holidays; handle hazardous materials and follow SOPs.
