Perform onsite GMP-regulated upstream or downstream bioprocess manufacturing: weigh raw materials, assemble/sterilize and operate equipment (bioreactors, chromatography, membrane systems), monitor processes, complete electronic work instructions and manufacturing documentation, and maintain a compliant cleanroom. Work rotating schedule including weekends and holidays; handle hazardous materials and follow SOPs.

Support day-to-day GMP cell therapy manufacturing operations by coordinating equipment and facility work, tracking work orders, supporting vendors, managing downtime and return-to-service, monitoring spare parts and inventory, assisting with quality events/CAPAs, and maintaining audit readiness and Operational Excellence activities.

Provide hands-on laboratory support in biologics development labs: manage inventory, stockroom supplies, ordering, sample movement, equipment sanitization and basic calibration, maintenance documentation, freezer organization, expired-material cleanouts, safety walkthroughs, and coordinate with scientists, facilities, vendors, and support teams.
