Coordinates global Field Application Engineering operations, project schedules, resources, documentation, dashboards, and KPIs. Acts as a liaison among FAE, Quality, Product, IT, and Sales teams; supports technical deployments, training, troubleshooting, quality audits, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Serves as the specification-management tool key user, managing commercial part lifecycles, validating software enhancements, resolving system issues, and training global FAE teams.

Lead semiconductor product industrialization, pilot-line transfers, new product introductions, incoming-material qualification, and prototype and high-volume manufacturing qualification. Coordinate with operations, product engineering, and R&D to introduce products into production. Analyze process data, lead improvement taskforces, manage control plans, specifications, workflows, BOMs, product cards, and process changes, and execute designed experiments and short-loop qualification activities.

Supports the Legal department with contract management, document preparation, contract reviews, corporate secretarial matters, entity records, notarization and legalization, legal repositories, invoices, filings, and compliance workstreams. The role requires collaboration across regional Asian entities and handling confidential information in English and Mandarin Chinese.
