Welcomes spa members and guests, manages reception, phone inquiries, reservations, deliveries, coats, guest lists, and facility information. Resolves guest concerns, maintains a clean and safe reception area, communicates feedback to management, supports a positive atmosphere, and assists with training new hires. Requires front-desk experience, luxury hospitality or private club experience, strong communication and coordination skills, reservation-system proficiency, and calm problem-solving.
