Requires front-desk experience, luxury hospitality or private club experience, strong communication and coordination skills, reservation-system proficiency, and calm problem-solving.

Welcomes members and guests, manages check-ins, bookings, inquiries, payments, and spa or fitness service reservations. Supports membership sales, maintains a welcoming reception area, coordinates with fitness, spa, and housekeeping teams, and delivers professional service while protecting confidentiality and data privacy.

Receives, inspects, stocks, secures, and distributes food, beverage, and other supplies. Maintains warehouse organization, verifies invoices and shipment quantities, monitors inventory levels, supports sanitation and safety compliance, and conducts property walk-throughs. The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extended periods of standing and movement.
