Coordinates global trade and commercial marketing across channels, translating business priorities into marketing actions. Manages Google paid campaigns for bedrooms, oversees web and SEO projects, supports food and beverage marketing, and delivers cross-channel performance reporting. The role also improves team efficiency through AI tools and may manage three direct reports.

Leads the pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of Soho River House. Responsibilities include developing operational plans, budgets, systems, licensing, and service standards; building and leading teams; overseeing membership, lodging, food and beverage, wellness, events, housekeeping, engineering, and security; managing P&L and commercial performance; ensuring compliance; and representing the House with members, guests, stakeholders, suppliers, authorities, and the local community.

The People Coordinator will provide HR support, manage onboarding, maintain records, assist with compliance, and facilitate employee engagement activities.
