Engage members on the gym floor, support fitness events and classes, handle feedback, and assist with rotas and shift coverage.

The EU Accountant manages record-to-report activities across European sites, including journal entries, accruals, month-end and year-end close, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with UK and local GAAP, supports internal controls, resolves ledger discrepancies, collaborates with FP&A, Procurement, and IT, and helps optimize accounting systems and processes.

Leads strategic and operational performance across a UK portfolio of Soho House properties. Oversees senior leadership teams, hospitality standards, member and guest experience, commercial results, budgets, P&Ls, talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement. Partners with central functions to resolve complex issues, maintain brand standards, improve profitability, and ensure each House retains its unique identity. Requires regular travel across UK properties outside London.
