Leads a large-scale laptop refresh initiative from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include procurement, deployment coordination, statewide logistics, technician scheduling, vendor and stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination across IT operations, security, service desk, and asset management. The role also manages project plans, metrics, change requests, and process improvements for future device refresh programs.

Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and environment provisioning, manage SaaS, cloud, and on-premise platforms, and improve production reliability. Responsibilities include monitoring, observability, incident troubleshooting, data lifecycle and database operations, release management, environment standardization, and collaboration with development, QA, product, support, and client teams.
