Senior Accounting Analyst responsible for close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, GAAP-compliant general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, audit support, SOX and internal-control compliance, and executive reporting. The role also supports NetSuite implementation, including revenue and fixed-asset modules, and provides accounting insights for healthcare and manufacturing operations.

Leads SoftWave’s marketing strategy, demand generation funnel, digital acquisition, positioning, content, attribution, and marketing-sourced revenue. Partners with Sales and executive leadership to improve lead quality, expand into healthcare verticals, support customer growth, and ensure compliant communications. Builds the marketing team, processes, infrastructure, agency relationships, budgets, and performance measurement systems while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on campaign execution.
