Client Solutions Architect shaping and commercializing AI, data, and cloud modernization engagements for enterprise clients. Partners with Sales and Delivery to lead discovery, executive workshops, solution design, proof engagements, platform adoption, and conversion of opportunities into contracted revenue. The role requires strong technical consulting, solution architecture, commercial strategy, business-case development, and the ability to translate complex technology into measurable business outcomes.

Supports comprehensive HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including payroll coordination, personnel records, policies, reporting, labor-law compliance, and audits. Standardizes and improves HR processes, identifies automation opportunities, coordinates HR system changes, and leads ad hoc HR projects. Collaborates with Legal, operational improvement teams, external partners, employees, and managers in an international, multi-company environment.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys backend microservices for an e-commerce platform using clean architecture and event-driven communication. Responsibilities include API design, data modeling, authentication, automated testing, CI/CD, cloud deployment, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-service collaboration. The role requires experience with statically typed languages, microservices, databases, message queues, agile delivery, and strong communication.
