Lead design and implementation of an enterprise data quality and observability framework using Great Expectations. Build Rule-as-Code validations, integrate checks into ETL and CI/CD, implement monitoring/alerting, maintain lineage, create dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to establish governance and remediation workflows.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and 2 support, manage IT operations including Microsoft 365, troubleshoot tech issues, and ensure security in a fast-paced environment.

Administer and optimize Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, JSM); design workflows, automations, and integrations; manage users, permissions, SSO and marketplace apps; troubleshoot platform issues; produce documentation, training, and governance to support enterprise ITSM and collaboration processes.
