Plans work with Product, manages timelines, removes blockers, and maintains engineering quality through design and code reviews. Coaches engineers, manages performance, uses delivery metrics, and establishes standards for responsible AI-assisted development and verification of AI-generated code. Requires strong knowledge of scalable software systems, modern engineering practices, and effective communication.
