Set optimization strategy, make cross-cutting architectural decisions, maintain codebase coherence, collaborate across product and mainframe connectivity teams, and grow into technical and people leadership.

Lead the integration of generative AI, agentic AI, and AI-assisted capabilities into enterprise database, application development, data integration, and mainframe modernization products. Responsibilities include identifying use cases, defining product roadmaps, designing scalable architectures, building prototypes, collaborating with customers and technology partners, evaluating AI solutions, enabling internal teams, and providing thought leadership.
