Build and maintain long-term client relationships for the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform. Understand client operations, identify issues, propose solutions, create development plans, ensure satisfaction and growth, resolve problems, and track key project metrics in collaboration with internal teams.

Provide first-line website support: respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, document and escalate complex cases, use internal tools, maintain quality communication, work 12-hour rotating shifts onsite in Tbilisi.

Lead B2B funnel analytics, forecasting, attribution, and CRO/A-B testing to improve conversion efficiency and pipeline performance. Maintain KPI reporting, perform pipeline and acquisition analysis, prepare business reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate data into actionable marketing and revenue-driving recommendations.
