Identify and pursue high-value partners globally, perform outbound/account-based sales outreach, develop new market/opportunity plans, and communicate product benefits and success stories to grow revenue and client portfolio.

Maintain accurate bookkeeping in a 1C-based management system, manage prime document workflows, coordinate with ERP developers and external accountants/auditors, ensure multi-jurisdictional tax compliance, control payments and cash flow, and prepare ad-hoc reports to support financial operations and decision-making.

Provide first-line technical support for the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform: triage and classify requests in Jira Service Desk, perform initial analysis, update configuration files via GitLab, monitor systems using Datadog/Grafana/Sentry/ELK, collaborate with Product/Dev/QA/Risk to resolve incidents, and maintain accurate ticketing and documentation.
