Design and maintain automated tests for data accuracy and pipeline reliability. Review requirements for testability, perform manual and automated feature testing using Gherkin-based scenarios, create QA documentation, and troubleshoot data discrepancies. Collaborate with data engineers, QA engineers, business analysts, developers, and other product teams in an agile environment. Use programming, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, Git, containerization, and AI tools to improve testing efficiency.

Support the Platform Product Team by coordinating operational activities, improving product processes and workflows, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, tracking actions, and aligning Product, Engineering, Operations, and stakeholders. The role contributes to product enhancements, continuous improvement, internal communications, reporting, and team effectiveness within an online casino platform environment.

Provides first-line support for website-related inquiries and issues. Responds efficiently, guides users, documents and escalates complex cases, and maintains accurate, high-quality communications. The role requires handling high task volumes using internal tools while working mandatory 12-hour rotating day and night shifts from the Tbilisi office.
