Owns company-wide and GCC delivery operations across processes, automation, AI enablement, reporting, client reviews, staffing coordination, vendors, workplace systems, and offshore team performance. The role redesigns inefficient workflows, implements automation, maintains scalable operating models, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports new GCC launches, manages operational reporting, and directs an operations support resource.

Supports bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable tracking, GST and TDS working papers, payroll inputs, documentation, audit readiness, and MIS reporting across domestic and international entities. The role requires accurate, timely transaction processing, real-time record maintenance, variance resolution, and coordination with the Accounts Executive. It is an on-site, execution-focused position with structured progression toward independent entity ownership.

The Growth Lead will develop and execute growth, demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies for technology services. Responsibilities include generating enterprise pipeline, supporting sales and proposals, building partnerships, strengthening brand positioning, managing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, optimizing conversions, and reporting growth metrics to leadership. The role requires collaboration across sales, delivery, marketing, recruitment, and executive teams while targeting global markets.
