Design, configure, and optimize Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk solutions, including Deluge automation, custom widgets, workflows, integrations, data synchronization, and AI-powered capabilities. Develop APIs, webhooks, connectors, dashboards, and data pipelines while managing data quality and platform reliability. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable customer relationship and support solutions.

Own a delegated healthcare product area and backlog from discovery through launch. Use AI tools to analyze feedback, research problems, create PRDs and stories, prototype solutions, prioritize features, coordinate engineering delivery, conduct user acceptance testing, and measure outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with US product leadership, care teams, support, marketing, operations, design, and engineering.

Provides executive support to two founders by managing calendars, inboxes, meeting briefs, travel, follow-ups, and leadership coordination across global time zones. Also tracks strategic initiatives, prepares presentations and reports, conducts research, consolidates business data, and owns selected internal projects. Requires discretion, strong business writing, organizational skills, and comfort supporting senior stakeholders.
