Leads and performs hands-on management of enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include network architecture, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, security controls, incident response, documentation, upgrades, vendor management, procurement, and infrastructure projects. Manages and develops network staff, oversees 24/7 on-call coverage, partners with Infrastructure and Security teams, and drives automation and continuous improvement.

Manage and optimize cross-functional business operations, improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance, support strategic planning, analyze operational data, oversee projects and budgets, and conduct market research. The role also includes talent management, mentoring, documentation, and collaboration with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams. Managers must provide occasional on-call, weekend, and overnight support, attend headquarters meetings approximately twice annually, and travel up to 5%.
