Develops, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots internal and external web applications. Designs custom solutions and system integrations, contributes to architecture and design reviews, estimates user stories, resolves bugs, migrates applications to newer technologies, and collaborates with business partners and Agile/Scrum teams. The role requires strong C#/.NET server-side development, web development, database, testing, and software development lifecycle expertise.

Lead and operate voice, data, video and security network services across data centers and campuses. Manage core services (DNS, DHCP, AD, IPAM), monitoring (Solarwinds, NetFlow, Cisco Prime), VPN/MPLS WAN, VoIP (Avaya/Cisco), load balancers (Cisco CSS/CSM, F5 LTM) and firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint). Provide 24x7 on-call support, packet-level troubleshooting and equipment installs, support video collaboration, IVR/call center integration, and supplier/site builds.

Maintain and optimize multiple Netezza instances: monitor performance, availability, scalability, and recoverability. Perform installs, upgrades, patches, tuning, capacity planning, security and DR procedures. Write UNIX shell scripts for monitoring and automation, support code migration and change management, collaborate with teams, and share 24/7 on-call duties.
