Lead and operate voice, data, video and security network services across data centers and campuses. Manage core services (DNS, DHCP, AD, IPAM), monitoring (Solarwinds, NetFlow, Cisco Prime), VPN/MPLS WAN, VoIP (Avaya/Cisco), load balancers (Cisco CSS/CSM, F5 LTM) and firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint). Provide 24x7 on-call support, packet-level troubleshooting and equipment installs, support video collaboration, IVR/call center integration, and supplier/site builds.

Maintain and optimize multiple Netezza instances: monitor performance, availability, scalability, and recoverability. Perform installs, upgrades, patches, tuning, capacity planning, security and DR procedures. Write UNIX shell scripts for monitoring and automation, support code migration and change management, collaborate with teams, and share 24/7 on-call duties.

Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion/OBIEE and WebLogic infrastructure on Solaris/Unix. Perform installation, configuration, patching, external authentication, application builds, security administration, performance tuning, monitoring, and documentation to ensure high availability and secure BI/reporting systems supporting government health services.
