Owns enterprise FinOps engagements from discovery through realization, including cloud cost assessments, tooling implementation, allocation models, optimization, governance, and technical remediation. Advises executives, delivers hands-on architecture guidance across AWS, Azure, or GCP, and supports multi-cloud and AI infrastructure cost strategy. The role also develops consulting playbooks, frameworks, SOWs, pricing models, proposals, and reusable delivery assets while supporting presales and practice growth.

Manages customer orders from creation through delivery, maintaining ERP data, monitoring KPIs, resolving supply chain issues, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Provides customers with order status, reports, insights, and updates while ensuring contractual requirements and SLAs are met. The role also supports customer onboarding, process improvements, employee training, and continuous operational excellence. Work is primarily during standard business hours with occasional domestic or international travel.

Leads strategic resourcing sales and services growth within customer accounts. Builds executive, hiring manager, and delivery leader relationships; identifies workforce opportunities; designs staffing and delivery models; develops workforce roadmaps; owns discovery, solution design, SOW creation, commercial modeling, extensions, and expansions; and drives recurring services revenue through consultative workforce strategy.
