Source, screen, and deliver candidates by partnering with hiring managers across multiple functions. Post jobs, manage applicants in ATS, conduct interviews, build passive pipelines, coordinate onboarding, and maintain candidate and manager relationships.

Administer and configure Gainsight (Journey Orchestrator, Data Designer, rules, dashboards, surveys), map digital customer journeys, analyze data to drive CX improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, train users, manage change communications, and develop reporting and best-practice guides.
