Designs, assesses, and delivers ISP and OSP telecommunications infrastructure in secure federal environments. Conducts site surveys, documents existing cabling and rack infrastructure, develops fiber and copper solutions, resolves field issues, and leads transitions from discovery and design through implementation. Oversees project execution, documentation, quality, compliance, stakeholder communication, subcontractors, and adherence to federal, military, BICSI, TIA/EIA, and classified-environment standards.

Coordinates compensation inquiries, maintains compensation data, evaluates positions, develops salary structures, participates in salary surveys, and supports compensation projects. Partners with HR Business Partners to resolve issues, assesses FLSA exemption status, oversees salary administration for compliance and equity, and analyzes compensation trends to recommend improvements to management.

Develops new enterprise business across APAC by prospecting, generating pipeline, positioning complex hardware, software, and services solutions, and managing OEM and client relationships. Builds relationships with C-level decision-makers, qualifies opportunities, coordinates sales activities with internal teams, leverages WWT’s Advanced Technology Center, and drives opportunities through the full sales cycle. Requires strong account planning, presentation, communication, consultative selling, and technical understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, security, and cloud technologies.
