Owns cross-country supply planning, forecasting, inventory, warehouse and 3PL operations across multiple regional hubs. The role establishes shared logistics standards, manages supply-chain KPIs, supports ERP and CRM transformation with full product traceability, and partners with Compliance and Quality. It also develops market-launch logistics playbooks, manages permits and customs, and builds a capable supply-chain team through hiring, training and development.

Provides senior legal counsel across commercial, contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters in a multinational, multi-jurisdictional environment. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, assessing legal risks, advising leadership, coordinating external counsel, supporting corporate governance, managing disputes, monitoring regulatory changes, and developing legal policies and standards.

Provides first-level IT support to employees through phone, email, and in-person channels. Manages onboarding and offboarding, user accounts, access privileges, equipment, inventory, and asset lifecycles. Documents IT processes, trains users on software and digital security, collaborates with vendors and IT teams to resolve incidents, prepares infrastructure reports, escalates complex issues, and recommends technology improvements.
