Provides first-level IT support to employees through phone, email, and in-person channels. Manages onboarding and offboarding, user accounts, access privileges, equipment, inventory, and asset lifecycles. Documents IT processes, trains users on software and digital security, collaborates with vendors and IT teams to resolve incidents, prepares infrastructure reports, escalates complex issues, and recommends technology improvements.

Build and maintain relationships with hospital physicians, deliver clinical information and support for pneumology medical devices, assist hospital staff with device functionality, drive sales and negotiate for the Pneumology product portfolio, and travel regionally as needed.

Build and manage a sales pipeline for cardiovascular/ICD products, meet sales targets, provide clinical and OR support to surgeons, train clinicians, maintain physician relationships, support marketing and tenders, analyze market data, and report activities.
