Lead complex technology and business transformation projects from initiation through delivery and handover. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, stakeholder alignment, organizational adoption, and business value. Partner with business and technical teams, translate technical topics for varied audiences, and adapt delivery methods across agile, gate-based, and hybrid environments.

Lead strategic IT and business technology initiatives, including governance, operating models, demand management, AI adoption, and complex transformations. Serve in interim CIO, CISO, or senior IT leadership roles; translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes; lead cross-functional teams; advise executives; and develop customer relationships. The role requires broad IT leadership knowledge, deep expertise in at least one technology domain, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Own Salesforce sales growth in Sweden by building strategic customer relationships, generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and closing complex B2B technology and consulting deals. Engage C-level stakeholders, identify transformation opportunities, coordinate consultants and partners, lead RFI/RFP processes and negotiations, and develop compelling Salesforce, AI, and business transformation propositions.
