Lead customer IAM assessments, workshops, architecture, roadmaps, implementations, and governance initiatives. Design and improve Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, lifecycle automation, access governance, JML processes, and application integrations. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and consulting while exploring automation and AI applications in IAM and secure AI-enabled services.

Lead customer-facing business operations development, IT operating model design, transformation, change, and complex program initiatives. Assess current ways of working, create practical roadmaps, improve governance and processes, and translate business needs into technology improvements. Advise executives, lead cross-functional change, take interim leadership roles, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with sales on growth opportunities.

Advise customers and delivery teams on building, modernizing, integrating, and governing ServiceNow-based business solutions. Apply expertise in infrastructure, HR workflows, AI automation, CRM, security, risk, compliance, or service management to improve business processes and reduce technical debt. Collaborate with customers to understand problems, evaluate alternatives, identify risks and trade-offs, and deliver sustainable solutions. ServiceNow experience and certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
