Sodexo seeks hospitality staff for FIFO/BIBO 14:7 Darwin roles including village managers, clerks, chefs (qualified) and service attendants. Responsibilities include kitchen, dining, housekeeping, industrial cleaning and accommodation administration in remote sites. Candidates must work long shifts, endure remote conditions, pass pre-employment medical and police checks. Meals provided, training and career progression offered.

Provide HSE administrative support including data analytics, compliance management, HSE systems administration, internal safety audits, reporting, training development and stakeholder engagement to drive HSE improvement across the IFMS contract.

Lead and grow strategic client relationships across multiple mine sites, manage contract performance and commercial outcomes, ensure operational alignment and safety compliance, drive account growth and retention, and oversee multi‑disciplinary teams with regular onsite travel.
