Leads the enterprise-wide implementation and adoption of a Source-to-Contract procurement platform. Responsibilities include procurement process standardization, stakeholder engagement, governance, project planning, technology integration, business readiness, training, change management, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver transformation outcomes, improve compliance and adoption, reduce cycle times, and increase spend visibility.

Leads multiple remote village and town operations under an integrated facilities management contract. Oversees Village Managers and site teams, client relationships, SLA and KPI performance, budgets, cost control, HSEQ compliance, workforce planning, service quality, and continuous improvement. Drives commercial performance, regulatory compliance, incident resolution, stakeholder engagement, and growth opportunities across geographically dispersed sites while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.

Support the Village Manager with day-to-day remote village operations on an 8:6 FIFO roster. Lead diverse teams, manage people and conflicts, promote safety, apply HSE and HR practices, improve systems and procedures, and contribute to projects and business operations. The role requires a current WA manual driver’s licence and willingness to obtain required safety training and site tickets.
