Supervise project crews and contractors across Pilbara sites on an 8:6 FIFO roster. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling maintenance and capital works, developing scopes, supporting tendering, managing unplanned work, ensuring safety and process compliance, reviewing performance, maintaining records, and coordinating resources for timely project execution.

Provides executive and administrative support to operations leadership while managing complex, multi-stream programs. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel, reports, invoices, and executive communications; managing action closure; establishing program governance; overseeing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, change requests, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption; and delivering executive reporting and program outcomes.

Coordinates flights and accommodation for employees and contractors traveling to Pilbara sites. Manages charter and commercial bookings, compliance checks, travel enquiries, escalations, reporting, and travel-policy support using multiple booking systems. Provides responsive customer service, maintains booking accuracy, and supports critical weekend travel coverage on a rotating roster.
