Stand up AS9100-compliant systems, transfer processes from France, hire and mentor the operations team, manage production planning and budgets, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality, schedule, and delivery goals.

Lead development and maintenance of a Quality Management System for U.S. manufacture of star trackers and cameras. Establish inspection and testing criteria, oversee audits and supplier quality, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, and maintain calibration, traceability, and configuration control for flight hardware.

Lead U.S. revenue growth by owning the full sales lifecycle: market development, complex opportunity pursuit, contract negotiation, and implementation. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, implement CRM and sales processes, maintain customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional proposals, and drive profitable commercial outcomes in the aerospace and defense market.
