Leads pre-sales consulting for strategic Big Tech and AI customers, including discovery, solution design, demonstrations, architecture discussions, proof-of-concepts, executive presentations, and technical sales deliverables. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and post-sales teams to address identity, fraud, risk, compliance, and data requirements. Translates complex technical and analytical concepts into business recommendations, develops technical win strategies, mentors teammates, and ensures effective implementation handoffs.

Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of B2B customers, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and measurable outcomes. Act as a trusted strategic advisor, monitor customer health, lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, resolve complex issues, and communicate customer feedback internally. Collaborate with sales, product, support, engineering, and executives to maximize customer value and improve engagement models.

Leads strategic operations for Socure’s Tier 1 Banks segment, acting as a chief of staff to the segment GM. Responsibilities include managing revenue and customer deliverables, supporting renewals and pricing analysis, maintaining pipeline accuracy, driving operating cadence, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, enabling marketing and events, improving processes, and supporting AI tooling and automation. The role requires strong analytical, financial modeling, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
