Leads a team of Engineering Draughtspersons producing technical drawings for overhead lines, foundations, structures, substations, cables, and related infrastructure. The role combines hands-on MicroStation and 3D CAD work with quality assurance, tender support, resource planning, project collaboration, and team mentoring. It also contributes to drawing-office process improvements and requires occasional travel to UK client and contractor sites.

Conduct asbestos surveys, air sampling, fibre counting, testing, inspections, and four-stage clearance assessments. Maintain and calibrate equipment, prepare accurate analytical reports, follow quality and health and safety procedures, and liaise with clients, contractors, project managers, and internal teams. The role covers the Southwest region and requires independent work, strong attention to detail, deadline management, client-facing communication, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel.

Manage asbestos testing and inspection projects, schedule work, maintain client relationships, oversee contract performance, and ensure compliance with UKAS, quality, and health and safety procedures. The role requires asbestos consultancy and project management experience, client-facing capability, strong organization, leadership, and commercial skills, plus relevant BOHS qualifications.
