Manage routine and moderately complex employee-relations cases, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability and probation matters. Advise and coach managers using UK employment law and company policy, prepare case documentation, support occupational-health referrals and organisational change, and contribute to workforce reporting, career pathways and succession planning. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and specialist teams while escalating sensitive or high-risk matters appropriately.

Develop and maintain bespoke web, desktop, and mobile applications; build AI agents and integrate LLMs; troubleshoot, deploy, and support software releases; collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, implement improvements, and support testing, rollout, user guidance, and adoption.

Supports the Asbestos department by arranging appointments with field staff and clients, preparing required documents, setting up projects and client records in the internal database, and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems. The role requires reliable independent work, effective teamwork, good IT skills, strong communication, and initiative while developing business administration skills through an apprenticeship.
