Support geotechnical site investigations by assisting borehole advancement, performing in-situ testing and sampling, and carrying out routine and preventative maintenance on drill rigs and vehicles while following Eurocode 7 and British Standards.

Sell and grow SOCOTEC's construction materials testing services across the Midlands/North. Build and manage a sales pipeline, convert leads, prepare proposals, run client meetings, collaborate with operations for contract delivery, report to the Sales Director, attend industry events, and support cross-divisional sales activities.

Act as HR Business Partner for an operational portfolio: develop and deliver people plans, advise senior leaders on workforce, capability and performance, lead complex employee-relations and organisational change (restructure, redundancy, TUPE, integration), support workforce planning, talent and succession, use workforce and financial data to identify risks and actions, and provide direction to HR Advisers. Regular UK travel and occasional overnight stays required.
