Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bangalore or Kochi, build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, deliver presentations, and meet or exceed sales targets independently.

Drive new business and revenue for an advertising agency through sales, client relationship development, negotiations, and presentations. Build and maintain corporate relationships and pursue growth opportunities in agency, media, luxury, or hospitality sectors. Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.

Plan and execute social media strategies, create and manage platform content, handle client communications and reporting, coordinate with design and content teams, manage daily KPIs and community interactions, and stay current with trends and platform updates.

Support Social Media Managers and content team to create engaging short-form content, help run company social channels, appear on camera, pitch creative ideas, and learn hands-on agency social strategy.

Manage social media strategy, content calendars, client accounts, reporting, approval workflows, and delivery across multiple accounts. Coordinate creative team members, develop concepts and scripts, monitor platform trends, evaluate performance, recommend improvements, and guide junior staff. This hands-on role requires end-to-end ownership of social accounts, deadlines, client communication, content planning, and internal workflows.
