Generate and manage a local business sales territory through door-to-door prospecting, networking, follow-up, and relationship building. Assess business connectivity needs and sell fiber internet, voice, and UCaaS solutions. Maintain the sales pipeline in Salesforce, meet monthly performance goals, attend daily virtual meetings and training, and represent Socket Fiber professionally. The role requires daily local travel, outdoor work in varied weather, and comfort with commission-based performance expectations.

Coordinate and validate address and serviceability data for network expansion. Reconcile address counts across Construction, Operations, and the MBS billing system; identify discrepancies; track addresses through construction to service-ready status; and maintain reports for planning and performance tracking. Collaborate across departments to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and operational processes.

Provides Tier I technical support to customers by answering questions, troubleshooting service issues, assisting with new user setup, documenting solutions, and escalating problems to higher support tiers. The role also supports the customer service phone queue and collaborates with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues promptly. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring strong communication, computer proficiency, telephone handling, data entry, and multitasking skills.
