Manage and validate address and serviceability data for network expansion. Reconcile counts across Construction, Operations, and the MBS billing system; identify discrepancies; track addresses through construction to service-ready status; and produce reports for planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Conduct door-to-door residential sales for Socket Fiber by engaging homeowners, explaining fiber internet services, closing sales, recording activity in the CRM, following up with leads, and coordinating with installation teams. The role requires outdoor neighborhood canvassing, evening and Saturday availability, local travel, strong communication, resilience, ethical conduct, and willingness to be coached. No prior sales or telecom experience is required.

Supports the Business Sales team by maintaining Salesforce data and sales reports, preparing quotes, contracts, spreadsheets, and correspondence, assisting customers, and coordinating order, billing, and documentation issues. The role also supports sales presentations, customer events, recruiting activities, interviews, and onboarding. Success requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
