Design high-converting, mobile-first Product Detail Pages and landing pages for DTC Shopify brands. Create A/B test variations, component-based Figma design systems, and conversion-driven visuals. Collaborate with CRO specialists, account teams, and developers to optimize UX, reduce friction, and improve add-to-cart and checkout conversions.

Design 6–8 high-quality, on-brand email campaigns daily in Figma. Translate brand tone into performance-focused layouts, apply email UX best practices, manage multiple brand accounts, collaborate with account teams, and maintain high creative and production standards in a fast-paced agency environment.

Own 5–6 DTC ecommerce client accounts, building and executing Klaviyo-based email strategy (campaigns, flows, pop-ups), coordinating design and implementation, writing high-converting email copy, running A/B tests, monitoring deliverability and segmentation, and delivering regular performance reporting and client communication.

Lead strategy and execution for one-time high-volume email flow buildouts across eCommerce brands. Own flow strategy and all email copy, manage a team of designers and Klaviyo builders, run onboarding calls, present to clients, ensure timely delivery, and identify upsell opportunities for full-service account management.
