The Associate, Impact Advisory supports research, project management, and communication strategies to enhance social impact initiatives, collaborating with various partners and contributing to internal and external deliverables.

Provide executive assistance to multiple senior leaders and administrative support to two teams, managing complex calendars, travel, confidential communications, and materials preparation. Serve as Washington, D.C. office coordinator handling building access, supplies, vendor and IT coordination, event logistics, onboarding/offboarding, and routine office operations while supporting the broader administrative team.

The Associate will support operational processes in impact investing, conduct research, analyze data, and facilitate communication among partners to enhance workforce initiatives.
