Lead full-cycle recruiting across all functions and levels, owning sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and vendor management. Design and administer structured interview processes and assessments in Greenhouse, advise hiring managers on best practices and compliance, leverage AI tools for sourcing and materials, manage ATS data integrity, and supervise a recruitment coordinator.

Lead and execute Social Finance's communications strategy, manage a four-person team, drive media relations and content development, oversee digital marketing and measurement, and amplify the organization's visibility and thought leadership across audiences.
