Drives parts and service revenue across an assigned territory by developing customer relationships, prospecting, conducting equipment inspections, identifying maintenance and repair opportunities, preparing quotes, and promoting service programs. Manages territory coverage, sales pipelines, customer follow-up, and fleet support while collaborating with parts, service, sales, and administrative teams. The role requires extensive territory travel, jobsite visits, equipment inspections, and customer advising to improve uptime and equipment lifecycle performance.

Supports machine sales by handling inbound and outbound inquiries, recommending equipment solutions, providing pricing and product information, processing orders, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role builds customer relationships, maintains CRM records, coordinates equipment delivery, resolves concerns, and provides sales updates. It requires inside sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
