Drive integrated project plans, milestone tracking, analytics-informed decisions, continuous improvement, and executive communication to ensure on-time, high-quality commercialization of pipeline products in rare disease markets.

Lead RDMA strategy and portfolio insights, drive RDMA digital and AI roadmap, improve governance and decision processes, support BD due diligence, and prepare executive-level materials to inform senior governance and portfolio decisions.

Serve as single quality contact for CMOs to ensure GMP/GDP compliance, manage Quality Technical Agreements, oversee batch release, audits, deviations/CAPA, change control, inspections, tech transfers, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement for external manufacturing.
