Lead performance creative strategy for multiple D2C client accounts across Meta and TikTok. Responsibilities include creative ideation, scripting, UGC and paid social briefing, performance analysis, testing roadmaps, trend monitoring, client reporting, and collaboration with designers, producers, media buyers, and account managers to develop and scale conversion-driven creative.

Leads and develops the Paid Search team while owning department profitability, client retention, and acquisition growth. Oversees high-spend Google, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max campaigns for e-commerce brands; builds training resources, improves paid advertising and CRO practices, supports hiring, and serves as a senior client stakeholder. The role also drives platform innovation, YouTube spend growth, cross-functional collaboration, and adoption of relevant AI developments.

Edit high-production performance ads, UGC, motion graphics, and promotional videos for D2C and e-commerce brands. Adapt content to brand styles and optimize it for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms. Apply captions, transitions, and color grading while meeting tight deadlines, incorporating client feedback, and staying current with short-form video and conversion-focused editing trends.
