Build scalable testing, attribution, funnel, CRO, and creative frameworks; coach department leaders; oversee hiring; support commercial objectives and pitches; and serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships.

Own paid social strategy and profitable growth for a portfolio of DTC e-commerce brands across Meta and TikTok. Set growth forecasts, develop testing roadmaps, analyze performance, optimize creative, offers, audiences and landing pages, and lead client strategy discussions. Partner with creative and media teams, use AI and analytics tools to improve efficiency, and mentor Paid Social Managers and Media Buyers while driving acquisition, MER, retention, and client outcomes.
