Build 0-to-1 and scale products, hire and grow product/design/engineering teams, run frontier AI/agent experiments, partner across the company, and obsess over user research with brokers, agents, buyers, sellers, and investors.

Own vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise platform and internal systems for a regulated fintech. Lead 3rd-party integrations, CRM/support platforms, admin portals, and data platforms. Partner with Risk/Compliance/InfoSec to build audit-ready, secure systems; define platform roadmaps, non-functional requirements, monitoring, and KPIs; reduce operational risk and manual work while enabling scale across squads.

Lead Treasury analytics by integrating market intelligence with funding and liquidity planning. Monitor global and mortgage market developments, model funding scenarios, support Sukuk/RMBS issuance, build dashboards and financial models (Excel/Power BI), prepare reports for ALCO/ExCom, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury Operations and Investor Relations to optimize funding, liquidity, and investor messaging.
