Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships and guide Fortune 100 organizations through secure software development transformations. Lead customized onboarding, adoption, retention, strategic business reviews, ROI analysis, and expansion initiatives. Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve technical challenges, advocate for customer needs, and influence product roadmaps. Advise engineering and security leaders on application security workflows and help customers achieve measurable value from Snyk’s platform.

Own the full sales cycle for new LATAM customers, from outbound prospecting and qualification through closing. Manage existing accounts by leading post-sales expansion and retention efforts. Build relationships with DevSecOps, development, and digital transformation stakeholders; coordinate technical evaluations with sales engineers; manage varied sales cycles; and contribute to improving sales processes and tools within a distributed global team.

Serve as the strategic HR partner to Snyk’s global R&D organization. Advise senior technical leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, and team scaling. Coach managers, lead sensitive employee relations matters, analyze workforce data, support compensation and performance programs, and partner on technical hiring. The role also contributes to global People initiatives, mentors People team members, and may eventually build and lead an HRBP team.
