The Knowledge Management Officer will capture, synthesize, validate, and communicate evidence and lessons from a climate-resilient rice value-chain project. Responsibilities include maintaining a knowledge repository, developing learning papers, case studies, policy briefs, and technical notes, organizing learning events and policy dialogues, facilitating reflection, supporting replication and scale-up, and ensuring evidence quality. The role coordinates with technical, M&E/MRV, communications, government, private-sector, and development partners, while incorporating GEDSI and environmental and social safeguards learning.

SNV seeks experienced consulting firms for an expert roster supporting value chain and sector analysis projects under the Global Gateway Investment Climate Reform Facility. Assignments may involve ecosystem mapping, stakeholder consultation, market and policy analysis, investment and trade opportunities, gender mainstreaming, public-private dialogue, and actionable reform recommendations. Firms should demonstrate agile or adaptive methods, change management, women’s economic empowerment expertise, relevant language skills, and the ability to deliver virtual or in-country technical assistance.

Owns the accelerator’s P&L, forecasting, invoicing, budgeting, resource allocation, consultant and subcontractor networks, internal systems, CRM, data governance, compliance, and operational reviews. The role improves profitability, billability, capacity planning, partner management, and commercial execution while supporting stage-gate decisions and building scalable operating processes across international teams.
