Six-month Country Finance Internship supporting cash management, bank reconciliations, expenditure review, payment processing, invoice tracking, financial documentation, SAP transaction posting, grant monitoring, and project financial reporting. The intern will gain practical experience in accounting controls, donor compliance, variance analysis, and financial systems while working under the supervision of the Country Finance Officer.

Lead and improve FP&A, forecasting, reporting and scenario analysis. Translate financial and operational data into executive narratives and recommendations. Drive automation, Power BI and AI-enabled analytics, support project financial control, cost recovery and donor considerations, and coach teams to embed scalable planning and reporting tools.

Support project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, audit readiness, cashflow and commitment tracking. Ensure accurate recording and safeguarding of financial documents, supervise petty cash and junior finance staff, strengthen partner capacity, manage procurement and fleet/office administration, and implement internal controls and risk mitigation to ensure donor and organizational compliance.
