Provides all-source intelligence analysis and production supporting U.S. Navy Fleet Cyber Command and Commander 10th Fleet. Responsibilities include assessing foreign military forces, operations, systems, cyber and information operations, identifying intelligence gaps, developing collection requirements, producing intelligence assessments, and delivering briefings. The analyst collaborates with Intelligence Community partners, supports operational working groups, maintains intelligence data, and develops concise products meeting Intelligence Community and MCIA standards.

The COMINT Analyst will manage global analysis, draft training documents, provide Tier III operations support, and analyze signals characteristics.

Lead and deliver complex IT projects: design, deploy, and maintain OpenStack and VMware environments; configure and troubleshoot Windows systems; provide day-to-day IT operations and helpdesk support; develop tooling and services using Python, Flask, and Golang; implement scripting automation and support security accreditation and metrics (Gnocchi).

Senior systems engineer responsible for administering and troubleshooting RHEL and Windows systems, VMware virtualization, Ansible automation, NetApp storage, and enterprise integration. Lead systems engineering initiatives, ensure security compliance (STE/STN), develop engineering documentation, support testing and configuration management, and provide technical leadership to sustain and optimize infrastructure.

Develop, maintain, and enhance large-scale, high-performance software systems for real-time analytics and enterprise applications. Design scalable architectures, implement algorithms, build data interfaces, troubleshoot defects, support CI/CD and GitOps workflows, operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters, and participate in Agile development and system architecture decisions in a secure, mission-critical environment.
