Lead expansion of Snowplow’s Firn AI and data platform, including GTM intelligence services, production-grade agents, MCP and LLM gateways, evaluation and tracing infrastructure, learning loops, and platform architecture. Establish engineering standards, operational discipline, roadmap, documentation, and service ownership while partnering with data engineers and nontechnical internal customers.

Build and productionize AI-driven GTM workflows for Growth, including outbound orchestration, campaign tooling, signal and enrichment pipelines, seller skills, paid-media automation, review agents, and deliverability controls. Own reliability, observability, testing, learning loops, warehouse integrations, and migration to the Firn framework while partnering with data engineers, marketers, sellers, and platform engineering.

Own and productionize AI-powered growth and GTM workflows, including outbound orchestration, campaign tooling, intent signals, enrichment pipelines, paid-media automation, and seller routines. Build reliable LLM workflows with review steps, evaluation, alerting, tracing, retries, and suppression controls. Partner with Growth, data engineering, and platform teams on Snowflake pipelines, scoring models, experimentation, deliverability, and migration to the Firn framework.
