Coordinates global certification operations, vendor relationships, candidate communications, support cases, exam development, SME programs, and certification projects. The role optimizes workflows, implements automation, manages certification vendors, creates marketing content, supports exam publishing and localization, and drives projects through completion. It requires strong ownership, communication, technical aptitude, and experience in certification operations, program management, or technical education support.

Manages revenue accounting operations, including contract reviews, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, SOX controls, audits, and revenue process improvements. Partners with cross-functional teams on revenue recognition, order-to-cash processes, automation, reporting, and new product design. Requires strong technical accounting, communication, prioritization, and systems skills in a fast-paced environment.

Leads Snowflake’s cloud infrastructure performance strategy by evaluating new AWS, Azure, and GCP hardware, building benchmarking and validation systems, analyzing CPU, memory, and I/O bottlenecks, and developing price-performance models. Partners with engineering, finance, cloud providers, and silicon vendors to guide hardware adoption and rollout decisions. Establishes performance architecture and methodology, automates scorecards and readiness workflows, mentors engineers, and advances company-wide performance engineering practices.
