Advise Product and Engineering leaders on talent, performance, engagement, organizational design, change management, compensation, succession, retention, and employee relations. Coach managers through performance challenges, reviews, calibrations, and difficult conversations. Use people data, Workday reporting, and AI tools to identify trends and improve outcomes while partnering with global People teams and Centers of Excellence.

Design, develop, test, and operate distributed systems supporting Snowflake’s continuous integration platform. Build scalable CI services, APIs, automation, and developer tooling that improve build reliability, test execution, productivity, and delivery velocity. Investigate infrastructure and workflow issues, contribute to architecture and production support, and improve performance, reliability, security, and maintainability while collaborating with engineering teams across Snowflake.

Leads high-stakes enterprise AI deployments as a senior technical advisor to CTOs and engineering executives. Responsibilities include setting architecture and technical strategy, writing and reviewing production code, defining AI quality evaluation standards, mentoring senior engineers, and converting customer delivery patterns into reusable platforms and frameworks. The role requires at least 25% travel to customer sites.
