Leads end-to-end design and development of plus-size menswear, including seasonal concepts, fit and pattern coordination, range planning, consumer insights, and cross-functional execution. The role owns product performance, commercial viability, fit consistency, collection timelines, and SKU productivity while collaborating with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.

Provides personalized fashion consultations, recommends products, builds customer relationships, achieves individual and store sales targets, and supports visual merchandising and store operations. Responsibilities include product knowledge, merchandise replenishment, inventory and POS activities, cash handling, store presentation, compliance, and teamwork. Senior consultants also guide junior team members and share product and styling expertise.

Supports retail expansion projects by maintaining site acquisition, lease, and store-opening trackers; preparing MIS reports and dashboards; coordinating cross-functional approvals; organizing project documentation; tracking timelines and follow-ups; scheduling meetings; recording minutes; and assisting with management reporting to support timely store launches.
