Support daily operations of a home healthcare agency by obtaining signed physician orders, tracking documentation, reviewing and resolving EVV/visit issues, coordinating same-day caregiver staffing, maintaining communication records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards.

Provide Civil 3D and AutoCAD technical support for land development and survey projects: import and manage point/GIS data, maintain coordinate systems, create viewports, manage blocks and xrefs, and help maintain standardized drawing templates. Start part-time (10 hrs/week) with potential to increase.

Provide remote administrative support and lead generation: manage email, perform online research, maintain prospect lists in Google Sheets, cold call leads, enter data, and assist with general operational tasks. Experience in surplus funds or foreclosure processes is a plus.
