Own enterprise swag programs from initial ideation through delivery, managing customer relationships, product sourcing, mockups, sampling, quoting, proposals, and order placement. Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Swag Operations to develop elevated branded merchandise programs, manage concurrent opportunities, maintain supplier relationships, and deliver projects on schedule, within specifications, and on budget. Use AI tools to improve research, throughput, and customer experience.

Lead commercial contracting and provide practical legal guidance across sales, partnerships, product, finance, marketing, people, and IT. Negotiate SaaS, enterprise, marketplace, vendor, data protection, and strategic agreements; support enterprise deals and diligence; improve legal intake, contracting processes, playbooks, and self-service resources. Advise on privacy, AI, product, regulatory, corporate, employment, compliance, and dispute matters while helping develop a scalable legal function.

Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and performance of Snappy’s Swag product line. Lead marketplace evolution across suppliers, catalog, pricing, inventory, customization, fulfillment, and internal tooling. Apply generative AI to personalization, recommendations, quality control, content, and automation. Partner with engineering, operations, marketing, sales, and customers to define requirements, improve user and operational outcomes, and drive conversion, satisfaction, margin, and scalability.
