The role coordinates with clients, sales, facilities, catering, security, and vendors; maintains event records and supplies; supports setup, service, breakdown, and cleanliness; and works variable office, evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

Coordinates beverage catering event logistics, staffing, equipment, documentation, vendor and venue communications, onsite setup through breakdown, safety compliance, inventory, reporting, and cost control. Develops and enforces SOPs, leads training and team coaching, supports recruiting and scheduling, resolves operational issues, and drives process improvements across event operations.
