Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of direct-purchase B2B customers. Serve as primary contact, maintain relationships, identify upsell opportunities, prepare proposals, maintain CRM, conduct regular customer meetings, and meet revenue, retention, and satisfaction KPIs.

Prepare and distribute monthly P&L statements, perform balance sheet analysis and closings, execute bank/cash reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, sales tax and payroll (941) reconciliations, document accounting procedures, provide general accounting support and interact with executives and location managers.

Sell uniforms and work apparel to state and local government agencies across a multi-state territory. Develop leads, manage large accounts, conduct sales calls/presentations, attend tradeshows, collaborate with marketing and partners, and track activity in Salesforce to meet annual and long-term sales goals. Heavy travel required (60-65%).
