Processes customer invoicing, accounts receivable, cash applications, account reconciliations, billing adjustments, and collections follow-up. Maintains accurate billing records, applies payments, researches discrepancies and chargebacks, responds to customer inquiries, prepares routine reports, supports internal controls, and identifies process improvements. The role requires coordination with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and escalate unresolved matters.

Prepare and distribute monthly P&L statements, perform balance sheet analysis and closings, execute bank/cash reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, sales tax and payroll (941) reconciliations, document accounting procedures, provide general accounting support and interact with executives and location managers.

Sell uniforms and work apparel to state and local government agencies across a multi-state territory. Develop leads, manage large accounts, conduct sales calls/presentations, attend tradeshows, collaborate with marketing and partners, and track activity in Salesforce to meet annual and long-term sales goals. Heavy travel required (60-65%).
