Design and deliver electrical systems for building projects from concept through construction. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, participate in project planning and estimating, support client relationships, identify opportunities, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead architectural projects for high-performance, cGMP-compliant facilities from concept through construction. Coordinate clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies; produce construction drawings and specifications; manage budgets, schedules, QC, and permitting; mentor junior staff and advance specialized technical and project leadership efforts.

Lead and strengthen firmwide project management: oversee PM performance and financial health, mentor and hire PMs, ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction, apply PM tools/processes, support pursuit planning and strategic initiatives.
