Own the Personal Injury product area from customer discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration. Build relationships with US personal injury firms, lead interviews and usability testing, prioritize the roadmap, create wireframes and AI-assisted prototypes, and partner with Australia-based engineering teams. Support backlog planning, launches, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement while mentoring other product managers and collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and executive stakeholders.

Leads and coaches a team of up to six outbound SDRs responsible for generating qualified pipeline. Owns performance against meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and conversion goals; develops cold-calling, multichannel prospecting, account-based strategies, and messaging; partners with AEs; recruits and develops SDR talent; and maintains Salesforce and Outreach reporting discipline. The role also drives practical use of Claude and other AI tools for research, personalization, coaching, and productivity.

Lead the strategy, development, and expansion of strategic partner programs, including 30+ bar association relationships. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating new partnerships, managing contracts, building scalable program operations, setting revenue targets, coordinating partner marketing and education, maintaining relationships, and analyzing ROI. The role combines business development, sales, partner management, and market expansion in the LegalTech and Legal AI space.
