The Controller provides strategic financial leadership, oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, accounting operations, AR/AP, inventory, fixed assets, and capital expenditures. The role leads financial integration with Smiths Group, manages the finance team, supports compliance and risk mitigation, maintains commodity hedging, drives process improvements, and partners with site and corporate leadership on financial decisions and initiatives.

Designs, analyzes, and supports mechanical seals, couplings, bearings, filters, and fluid-control products. Responsibilities include application engineering, advanced seal and fluid calculations, CSTEDY analysis, product development, testing, failure investigation, troubleshooting, technical specifications, CAD direction, engineering change control, customer presentations, and technical training. The role also manages development projects, supports production transitions, and provides technical guidance to engineers and customers.

Monitor SIEM, EDR, and other security tools; triage and investigate alerts; analyze logs and telemetry; respond to incidents; escalate confirmed threats; support containment, eradication, and recovery; apply threat intelligence and MITRE ATT&CK; document investigations; and contribute to vulnerability management and threat hunting. The role may include on-call or shift-based security operations.
