Provides on-site Tier 2 support for hardware, software, cloud systems, and Windows/macOS fleets. Manages MDM, provisioning, patching, endpoint security, identity and access lifecycles, incident resolution, documentation, and technical deployments. Troubleshoots networking issues, supports on-call operations, contributes to security audits, and ensures vendors and systems follow HIPAA guidelines. The role also leads cross-functional technical projects and improves stability through automation.

Lead pricing strategy for pharmacy benefit management RFPs and enterprise client offers. Conduct claims repricing, member experience, trend, and risk analyses; develop compelling pricing proposals, spreadsheets, presentations, and RFP responses; collaborate with Sales, Proposals, Legal, Strategy, Partnerships, Supply Chain, and Revenue teams; and support contractual negotiations involving pricing and reconciliation terms.

Configure and maintain pharmacy benefit plans, including prior authorization, step therapy, formularies, and plan data integrity. Support client implementations, go-live testing, post-launch audits, claims troubleshooting, and benefits-related inquiries. Collaborate with clients, clinical, member support, and customer success teams; communicate project status, resolve issues, and identify workflow improvements.
