Architect and govern enterprise endpoint infrastructure, vendor ecosystems, virtual workspaces, asset lifecycles, automation, and cloud identity platforms. Lead Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Cloud PC, and AVD strategies while ensuring HIPAA, SOC 2, and zero-trust alignment. Serve as the senior technical escalation point, drive root-cause resolution and high availability, define architecture standards, partner with executives and compliance teams, and mentor IT and engineering staff.

Designs and iterates enterprise go-to-market playbooks, AI-powered outbound strategies, targeting and segmentation frameworks, and strategic campaigns. Analyzes prospect and market feedback, builds consultant and broker partnerships, tests growth automation, and presents data-driven recommendations to leadership. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams, prospect engagement, and travel to events and strategy sessions.

Leads SmithRx’s pricing and forecasting function for PBM proposals, renewals, and guarantees. Develops drug spend forecasting and pricing models, evaluates customer and market trends, partners with Sales, Clinical, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams, and translates actuarial findings into executive and client-ready narratives. The role also engages brokers and consultants, supports RFP responses, produces trend reports, and drives strategic initiatives. Requires extensive analytical, forecasting, healthcare or pharmacy, claims data, and stakeholder communication experience.
