The Lead, Account Management focuses on customer success, managing a team to ensure client satisfaction and effective relationships, solving issues and supporting growth. Responsibilities include coaching team members, achieving performance metrics, and maintaining strong client relations.

Manage an assigned book of business to drive post-sale success and retention. Support account management with reporting, escalation research, implementation support, and stakeholder engagement. Build trusting client relationships, identify risks to satisfaction, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, and carry smaller accounts to develop account management skills.
