Supports employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, retention, workforce management, job bids, onboarding, payroll, training, and HR compliance. Maintains HRIS records, assists with audits, manages job requisitions, communicates policies and benefits resources, analyzes HR data, and partners with plant leadership and Talent Acquisition to support staffing, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Leads manufacturing automation and controls engineering strategy, including IIoT technology roadmaps, automation system architecture, process optimization, emerging technology evaluation, and vendor or university partnerships. Manages engineers, develops standardized hardware and software architectures, applies engineering principles to manufacturing challenges, and drives efficiency, waste reduction, and cost improvements across production operations.
