Create and execute daily production schedules from the weekly supply plan using SAP, manage raw material availability and inventory rotation, coordinate cross-functionally (Accounting, R&D, Supply Planning), communicate schedule changes to production teams, and ensure efficient, quality production while minimizing waste.

Lead supply chain finance team to deliver reporting, analysis, budgeting, capital planning, and financial controls for inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supply planning. Partner cross-functionally to identify process improvements, support IT and analytics initiatives, ensure SOX compliance, and communicate cost impacts to senior leadership while coaching and developing direct reports.

Serve as the on-site HR business partner managing HR programs, employee and labor relations, recruitment, retention, performance management, benefits/compensation administration, data analysis, and supervising HR staff. Partner with leadership on talent planning, succession, policy interpretation, and compliance to drive business goals and maintain a positive work environment.
