Supervises plant accounting activities, including daily yield, inventory, labor, packaging, and cost reports. Performs month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, bill of materials maintenance, fixed-asset reviews, and cycle counts. Leads accounting staff, reviews reports, supports payroll and inventory functions, and ensures corporate policies are followed. The role requires regular office work with up to 20% time on the production floor and possible travel to other plants.

Supports maintenance and engineering teams by troubleshooting, repairing, testing, installing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment throughout a food manufacturing plant. Reads blueprints and schematics, performs preventive maintenance, evaluates equipment performance, develops improvement solutions, supports production and quality teams, and follows GMP, safety, and ISO 14001 procedures. The role also coordinates maintenance activities, documents findings, and may operate industrial lifts and travel periodically.

Lead front-line production shifts to meet safety, USDA/HACCP, quality, and yield targets. Train, coach and supervise hourly employees, monitor efficiencies, perform floor inspections, manage equipment setup/maintenance, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
