Generate new business opportunities for Information Security Services through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social), qualify leads, schedule meetings, track activity in CRM, and meet lead-generation KPIs while collaborating with Sales and Marketing.

Manage end-to-end medical device testing projects: prepare quotes, control scope changes, host client programme calls, liaise with technical and commercial stakeholders, support cross‑functional labs, improve systems, and represent the company at industry events.

Serve as primary client contact and study lead, acting as Principal Investigator for GLP studies. Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, perform data interpretation and reporting for bioanalytical method validation and sample analysis, provide technical guidance to staff, support business development, forecast revenue, and maintain SOPs. Requires expertise in ligand-binding assays (ELISA/MSD) and familiarity with GLP/FDA regulatory standards.
