Serve as the associationhief Staff Officer overseeing membership growth, operations, CRM/data strategy, digital marketing, education programming, volunteer governance, financial oversight, and staff leadership to drive engagement and operational excellence.

Support association clients by managing member relations, providing administrative and project support, maintaining databases and website content, coordinating financial tasks (dues, AP/AR), producing member communications, and assisting with event and meeting preparation.

Support association membership and volunteer relations by handling member requests, customer service for continuing education and certificants, database maintenance and reporting, administrative and project support, and coordination of financial tasks including membership dues, registration, and AP/AR.
