Lead a quality engineering team to investigate incidents and complaints, drive corrective/preventive actions, manage supplier quality, perform validation and capability studies (FMEA, MSA, CSV), develop quality metrics, ensure regulatory compliance (ISO13485/MDR/QMSR/NMPA), and coach team performance.

Serve as operations representative for new product introductions: develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment, support design for manufacturability, execute validation and documentation, coordinate vendor tooling, and partner with cross-functional and global sites to meet safety, quality, cost, and timeline goals.
