Lead continuous improvement and industrial engineering efforts to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, improve throughput, and maintain production data in ERP. Conduct time-and-motion studies, capacity planning, cell design, and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, HSE, and Operations.

Support the Global NPD PMO by improving portfolio data management, driving AI-enabled automation, and enhancing toolsets and dashboards. Implement and manage project tools (Copilot, Planner, Monday.com, Jira, Microsoft 365), maintain NPD intranet, and own the Continuous Improvement program through Kaizen, process standardization, and automation to increase project visibility and speed leadership decision-making.

Lead pricing strategy and execution for Spain, partnering with commercial, finance, and international teams. Develop pricing frameworks, support tenders and negotiations, monitor contract compliance, and build commercial models and business cases to improve profitability and inform strategic decisions.
