The Assurance Manager oversees client services, manages engagements, trains staff, and ensures quality service while meeting deadlines and team goals.

Serve on transaction advisory engagements including buy- and sell-side due diligence, quality of earnings, financial and operational analysis, databook preparation, proof of cash, management interviews, and internal control testing. Oversee project tasks, coordinate with teams and clients, communicate findings, and train/supervise junior staff. Some travel to client sites required and overtime may be necessary to meet deliverables.

Design and execute campus and early-career recruiting strategies; manage full-cycle hiring for internships and entry-level programs; build university partnerships and employer brand; run career fairs, interview days, and offer processes; manage ATS and candidate pipelines; analyze recruiting metrics and improve conversion and hiring effectiveness.
