Mentor teams, resolve technical and project issues, support strategic growth, manage client relationships, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, profitability, and utilization targets.

Senior mechanical engineer and project manager responsible for designing and optimizing large-scale cooling systems and central energy plants. Performs heat-load calculations, equipment selection, field surveys, testing, troubleshooting, and construction-document preparation. Coordinates with clients, architects, electrical engineers, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with building codes and company standards. Maintains client relationships and supports construction administration and project delivery.
